Policy.
This page describes what actually happens to the data you send us. It was written from the code of this site, not from a template — and it is short because the system is simple: we have no database, we use no trackers and we sell nothing to anyone.
Who the controller is
TRIDIAN TECNOLOGIA LTDA., based in Fortaleza/CE, operates the Modo Autoral brand. For anything in this policy, including exercising your rights, write to contato@modoautoral.com.br.
What we collect and why
We only collect what you type. There is no hidden form, and no third-party data enrichment.

Fields marked as optional can be left blank without preventing the form from being sent.
On what legal basis

- For the brief and for the X-ray. You tick the box before sending and can withdraw it whenever you want.
- Legitimate interest — art. 7º, IX
- For the security logs. We keep only the network range (the first three blocks of the IP), which is enough to block automated abuse without identifying anyone.
Who we share with
Three companies take part in the path your data travels. None of them receives it for their own use.

Hosts the mailbox where the briefs arrive. In the X-ray, it receives the address of the site being analysed in order to measure its speed.
Cloudflare

Hosts this site and logs technical access data, as any server does.
International transfer. Because these providers operate outside Brazil, your data leaves the country — arts. 33 a 36 of the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law). We choose companies that offer contractual data protection clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else — there is no advertiser, data broker or affiliate network on this site.
How long we keep it
- Briefs
- Up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask for deletion — whichever comes first. They stay in our mailbox; there is no database behind this site.
- X-ray result
- 24 hours in cache, only so the analysis is not repeated if you reload. After that it disappears on its own.
- Security logs
- Cloudflare's log retention period, with no copy of our own. They contain only the network range, never the content of the forms.
What this site does not do
- It does not use tracking cookies, ad pixels, a tag manager or any analytics tool.
- It does not build a behavioural profile or make automated decisions about you.
- It does not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- It does not keep the content of the briefs in a database — this site does not have one.
The only cookie on the site is ma_tabela, and it exists only in the private area at tabela.modoautoral.com.br. It holds an expiry date and a signature — no personal data — and it is there only so the password is not asked for on every page.
Your rights
Art. 18 of the LGPD guarantees the rights below. To exercise any of them, write to contato@modoautoral.com.br. We reply within 15 days.

- To correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.

- Of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in non-compliance.

- At any time, at no cost. Processing carried out before that remains valid.

Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS, with a content security policy, protection against forged requests from other sites and a limit on form attempts. The private area is protected by a password and a signed session. We publish this site's technical metrics in the Lab, including when they do not flatter us.
If you find a security flaw on this site, write to contato@modoautoral.com.br. We are grateful for the warning and we take no action against anyone who reports in good faith.
Changes to this policy
When the processing changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Changes that matter to anyone who has already sent us a brief are communicated by email.
